Shipping & Returns
Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders placed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days (except the products with "Delivery lead time"),You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number (if you choose shipping by Express (UPS/DHL/TNT)). Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails, after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online.
Lead Times
Lead times are posted on each item’s detail page. If you don't need a logo, the most every item ships is within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
For imprinted items, lead times start upon approval of artwork by you, and may be as short as five 5-10 days.
There are a few factors that go into lead times. Please contact us early to meet your important delivery dates. RUSH service is available on most any item. Expedited shipping fees may apply.
